Thank you for visiting and shopping at locaf. Below you will find the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-21 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We ship our posters and postcards using reliable postal carriers to ensure your art arrives safely.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

locaf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order if you are ordering from outside the European Union. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages and Transit Risk

As outlined in our Terms of Service and in strict compliance with German consumer law (B2C), locaf bears the risk of transit. If your posters or postcards arrive damaged, bent, or misprinted, please contact us immediately at hello@locaf.de with a photo of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

5. Wrong Addresses & Unclaimed Shipments

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was left unclaimed at a local post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
